Northwoods Kenosha Kingfish KENOSHA, WI - The Kenosha Kingfish took a 4-2 win over the Lakeshore Chinooks in the final battle of the first "Fish" series. The Kingfish were unable to complete their comeback against the Chinooks last night, losing 4-3 in extra innings, but came out swinging for revenge in tonight's match-up. Growlers Rout Battle Jacks 18-3 in Game Two of Series

Northwoods Kalamazoo Growlers BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - The Kalamazoo Growlers (6-5) bounced back well in game two of the I-94 Rivalry Series against the Battle Creek Battle Jacks (7-5), as the offense exploded for an 18-3 victory. Kalamazoo pounced on Battle Creek pitching, scoring two runs in the first, thanks to a Micah Rienstra-Kiracofe two-run double. In the second, the Growlers would add two more runs, courtesy of two errors, a hit by pitch, and walk by Battle Jack pitching and starter Lincoln McVicker. His day would end following the second. FL New Jersey Jackals PATERSON N.J.- The New Jersey Jackals (8-16) took down the Brockton Rox (9-14) 5-2. The Jackals got on the board first in the fourth inning, on a bases-loaded fielder's choice from Jimmy Costin, scoring Ryan Ford, making it 1-0. In the sixth, the Jackals tacked on another with the bases loaded and one out, when Sam Seeker walked to make it 2-0. Ducks Win Slugfest in Hagerstown

AtL Long Island Ducks (Hagerstown, Md.) - The Long Island Ducks defeated the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars 11-8 on Friday evening in the opener of a three-game series at Meritus Park. Long Island took a 3-0 lead in the top half of the first inning on an RBI single by Troy Viola and a two-run double produced by Taylor Kohlwey against Hagerstown starting pitcher Casey Marshalwitz.
