January 8, 2026 - COLUMBIA, SC - The Columbia Fireflies will be hosting a job fair at Segra Park Saturday, January 24 from 12-2 pm. The team is looking to fill approximately 300 open positions for the 2026 baseball season.

December 9, 2025 - COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Columbia Fireflies announced today a partnership with three local Midlands organizations to raise money for charitable causes throughout Fireflies Holiday Lights at Segra Park this year.
The initiative kicks off this Wednesday, December 10 with A Night of Bell Ringing in Honor of Joe Pinner presented by WIS. Joe Pinner was a long-time employee at WIS who was passionate about The Red Kettle Campaign. The Salvation Army has been ushering in the holidays through the Red Kettle Campaign for over a century... The Fireflies kept the bulk of their times the same as 2025 for their 10th anniversary season to continue to keep games accessible to families in the Midlands.
