Argos Acquire Canadian OL Cody Speller in Trade with Blue Bombers

CFL Toronto Argonauts January 27, 2021 - TORONTO - The Toronto Argonauts announced today the team has traded for the playing rights to former Winnipeg Blue Bombers Canadian OL Cody Speller and the Bomber's sixth-round (52nd overall) 2021 CFL Draft selection in exchange for the Argos sixth-round (48th overall) 2021 CFL Draft pick. Speller, 26, played 13 regular-season games for the Bombers in 2019, starting eight at left guard and all three playoff games including the Grey Cup at centre.
