January 22, 2026 - Tulsa, Okla. - Tulsa Oilers Football, a proud member of the IFL and powered by Community Care, names Patrick Barrett as the team's Offensive Line Coach for the 2026 season.
Barrett, officially joined the Tulsa coaching staff in 2026 after retiring following the 2025 season. From 2023-25, the former lineman started 32 games at center for the Tulsa Oilers.

January 15, 2026 - The Tulsa Oilers have signed defensive lineman Tre Henry for the 2026 season.
Henry (6'3, 270 lbs) enters his first season with Tulsa after spending the 2025 campaign with the Tucson Sugar Skulls. In 10 games last season, Henry recorded 26.5 tackles, six tackles for loss, one sack, two pass breakups, and two forced fumbles, showcasing his ability to disrupt plays at the line of scrimmage.

Rogers, enters his fourth year as Associate Defensive Coordinator for the Tulsa Oilers. A 2001 graduate of Dewey High School, the veteran staff member spent four seasons coaching at Copan High School, serving as defensive coordinator while also coaching linebackers, defensive backs and quarterbacks.

Bailey, played in 39 games for Central Michigan University. In his senior season, the new Oiler started four games at left tackle and helped anchor an offensive line that allowed just 26 sacks for 171 yards. Before that, he saw action in 10 games in 2023, played 169 snaps in 12 games in 2022, and appeared in all 13 games in 2021.
