November 19, 2018 - BASEBALL Texas League: The new Double-A Texas League team to be based in Amarillo starting with the 2019 season announced it will be called the Amarillo Sod Poodles, which is the name pioneers gave to prairie dogs. Other nickname finalists included Boot Scooters, Bronc Busters, Jerky and Long Haulers. The Sod Poodles are the league's San Antonio Missions team that is moving to Amarillo, while a new Triple-A version of the San Antonio Missions starts play in 2019 as part of the Pacific Coast League. Dallas Sidekicks Sign Mike Jones

November 19, 2018 - (ALLEN, TEXAS) The Sidekicks have re-signed defender Mike Jones for the 2018-2019 MASL season. This will be Jones' fourth season with the Sidekicks and he is ready to take the team to a playoff run. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreement were not disclosed. FC Cincinnati Signs Corben Bone

November 19, 2018 - CINCINNATI - FC Cincinnati has signed midfielder Corben Bone ahead of FC Cincinnati's debut season in Major League Soccer. Bone, 30, has been part of the organization since FC Cincinnati's first USL season in 2016. As a United States citizen, Bone will occupy a domestic roster spot on Cincinnati's 2019 MLS roster.
