June 17, 2026 - OCEANSIDE, CA - The MASL Ron Newman Cup champion San Diego Sockers-presented by Kaiser Permanente-and top-scoring forward Nick Perera are parting ways after a one-year reunion during the 2025-26 season. Perera is accepting a position with another club, which will be announced in the coming days. Two Rookies Extended for Three Years

June 5, 2026 - OCEANSIDE, CA - The MASL Ron Newman Cup champion San Diego Sockers-presented by Kaiser Permanente-today announced three-year contract extensions for midfielders Adrian Reyes and Andrew "Pato" Estrella. Both players agreed to three-year contracts through the 2028-29 Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) seasons. As per league and club policy, the terms of the extension were not announced. Sockers Lose de Andrade in MASL Expansion Draft

May 29, 2026 - OCEANSIDE, CA - The expansion Lehigh Valley Spirits, in the first-ever Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) expansion draft, were given the opportunity to select one player from each of the existing eight MASL clubs' roster, after each club was given a 10-player protection list.
