Eskimos Re-Sign Dupuis

March 21, 2019 - (Edmonton) - The Edmonton Eskimos have re-signed national fullback Alex Dupuis. Dupuis appeared in nine games for the Green and Gold last season and 25 games total since originally signing with Edmonton as a free agent in 2017. Prior to the Eskimos, he spent three seasons (2014-16) with the Toronto Argonauts after being selected in the fourth round of the 2014 CFL Draft. Matt Black Announces Retirement After 10 Seasons in Double Blue

March 20, 2019 - TORONTO - The Toronto Argonauts announced today that defensive back Matt Black has retired from professional football. Black was born and raised in Toronto and spent his entire 10-year career with the Double Blue after being drafted in the sixth round of the 2008 CFL Draft. March 19, 2019 - (Vancouver) The BC Lions Football Club today announced that quarterback Austin Apodaca has signed with the team. Apodaca (6'2", 210) dressed in four games with the Montreal Alouettes last season as the team's third pivot and also attended training camp with Winnipeg in 2017. The Colorado native wrapped-up his college playing days in 2016 with a two-year stint at the University of New Mexico seeing action in 21 games and throwing for 1,377 yards along with eight touchdowns on 207 attempts with 110 completions.
