Rock Suffer 16-8 Loss to Colorado
February 15, 2026 - Denver, CO - The Toronto Rock (5-4) were on the wrong end of a 16-8 decision at the hands of the red-hot Colorado Mammoth (8-2) on Saturday night at Ball Arena in Denver, CO. The win was the seventh straight for Colorado as they sit in second spot in the NLL league standings.
"We weren't good in all three areas," said Rock Head Coach Matt Sawyer. "It's not the way you want to start the game and we were chasing it from there on out."

Forge FC Confirms Departure of Defender/Midfielder Alexander Achinioti-Jönsson After Seven Seasons
February 13, 2026 - HAMILTON, ONT. - Forge FC of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) confirms today that defender and midfielder Alexander Achinioti-Jönsson is departing the club.
Achinioti-Jönsson, 29, has been with Forge FC since the club's and league's inaugural season in 2019. The native of Hittarp, Sweden, made 222 appearances across the CPL, TELUS Canadian Championship, and Concacaf competitions over seven seasons, recording eight goals and five assists.

Tiger-Cats Re-Sign American Wide Receiver Shemar Bridges
February 12, 2026 - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today the re-signing of American wide receiver Shemar Bridges.
Bridges, 28, first joined the Tiger-Cats ahead of the 2024 season and has appeared in 33 regular season games over two seasons with the club (2024-2025). The 6-4, 208-pound native of Jacksonville, Florida has recorded 117 receptions for 1,294 yards and six touchdowns.
