Rider Foundation Welcomes NSFL Jamboree to Saskatoon for the First Time

May 22, 2026 - The Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation is proud to welcome more than 200 youth athletes to Saskatoon this weekend for the 4th Annual Northern Saskatchewan Football League (NSFL) Jamboree, presented by the First Nations University of Canada. Today marks the first day of training at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex, where athletes, between Grades 9 to 12, from across Northern Saskatchewan have come together for two days of football development, mentorship, and leadership through football. Preseason Game Day at a Glance

May 21, 2026 - Saskatoon is set to go green and white this Saturday as the Saskatchewan Roughriders return to Griffiths Stadium for the first preseason game in the city in 35 years. Kickoff for Destination Bridge City, presented by Cameco, is set for 5 p.m. The celebration starts long before the opening whistle with a full afternoon of football, entertainment and excitement. Roughriders Sign Former Oregon Ducks Star Receiver Johnny Johnson IIi

May 19, 2026 - The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American receiver Johnny Johnson III. Johnson III (6'1-199) signed with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent following the 2022 NFL Draft. He went on to spend three seasons with the Club (2022-24) suiting up for two NFL games - one in each of his first two seasons. Collegiately, Johnson III spent five collegiate seasons (2017-21) at the University of Oregon catching 139 passes (10th in program history) for 1,928 yards and 15 touchdowns over... Full Story

Roughriders Ink Former Arizona RB Quali Conley

May 16, 2026 - The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American running back Quali Conley. Conley (5'10-211) signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 NFL Draft. He played in two preseason games with the club, rushing seven times for 28 yards and a touchdown. He recently attended Montreal Alouettes training camp.
