Raiders Alumnus Draisaitl Wins Hart Memorial Trophy, Ted Lindsay Award at 2020 NHL Awards

September 21, 2020 - Edmonton, AB - Prince Albert Raiders alumnus Leon Draisaitl was named the winner of the Hart Memorial Trophy and the Ted Lindsay Award at the 2020 NHL Awards on Monday night. Draisaitl played in all 71 of the Edmonton Oilers' regular season games, leading all scorers in the NHL with 110 points (43 goals, 67 assists) to win the Art Ross Trophy. September 21, 2020 - Former Kelowna Rocket Leon Draisaitl was named the NHL's best player for the 2019/20 regular season. The Edmonton Oiler was awarded both the Hart Trophy and Ted Lindsay Award, the league handed out its remaining awards virtually Monday afternoon. Trio of former Rockets to play in Stanley Cup Final

September 18, 2020 - At least one former member of the Kelowna Rockets will hoist the Stanley Cup over their head at the conclusion of the 2020 Stanley Cup Final, set to kick off Saturday night, September 19, at 4:30 PM PT. The Dallas Stars have a pair of Rockets alumni on their roster in forwards Jamie Benn and Blake Comeau. Benn, the captain of the Stars, was a member of the Rockets 2009 WHL Championship team.
