January 15, 2026 - Medicine Hat, AB - The Tigers took on the Oil Kings on Wednesday, January 14th in Rogers Place for a very important matchup. The Tigers were coming off of 17 straight wins and looking for their 18th to set a new franchise record.
Both teams played a very fast first period with lots of action on both ends of the ice.
Medicine Hat came into Wednesday's matchup just one point ahead of Edmonton for first place in the Eastern Conference. both teams wanted the win and knew how important the game was for the standings.

January 14, 2026 - From tough second periods to bad luck on the power play, the Wheat Kings reversed a number of recent trends against the Saskatoon Blades. Most importantly, they brought their losing skid to a halt.
Grayson Burzynski, Prabh Bhathal, and Joby Baumuller scored, and Filip Ruzicka was excellent with 35 saves as the Wheat Kings beat the Saskatoon Blades 3-1 in their building. The final shots were 36-32 for Saskatoon.

January 14, 2026 - Regina, Sask. - The Regina Pats continued their hot streak Wednesday night at the Brandt Centre, rolling to a dominant 7-0 victory over the Swift Current Broncos for their third straight win.
With the result, the Pats improved to 14-20-4-1 on the season and held onto the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.

January 14, 2026 - EVERETT, Wash. - The Moose Jaw Warriors are back in action tonight against the Everett Silvertips following a shutout loss last night to the Portland Winterhawks.
In last night's loss, Chase Wutzke was tested with 54 shots. He stopped 49 of the 54 for a save percentage of .907 in the loss. The Warriors managed to fire 26 shots at Winterhawks goaltender Ondrej Štěbeták, but he stood tall to keep the Warriors off the scoresheet.
