April 30, 2025 - After a tremendous 20-year-old season, Prince Albert Raiders netminder Max Hildebrand is the recipient of the Del Wilson Memorial Trophy as WHL Goalie of the Year.
Hildebrand led the league in games played (55), and his numbers were astonishing. His .918 save percentage ranked second in the league behind Everett's Raiden LeGall (who played 32 less games), while his 2.87 goals against average ranked 10th. The Martensville, SK product registered three shutouts and had a 33-16-5-0 record.

April 30, 2025 - Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers are pleased to announce the signing of forward Owen Hayes (Littleton, CO), born in 2009, to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Hayes, 16, was selected 16th overall by the Tigers in the 2024 WHL U.S. Prospects Draft. This season, he appeared in 49 games with the Okanagan Hockey Academy Colorado U15 AAA team, registering an impressive 76 points with 21 goals and 55 assists.

April 30, 2025 - Kennewick, WA - The Tri-City Americans are very proud to announce that forward Max Curran has been named the winner of the Daryl K. (Doc) Seaman Memorial Trophy as the league's Scholastic Player of the year for the 2024-25 season. He is the first European player in league history to win the award.
Curran, from Prague, Czechia, led the Americans in scoring during his second season with the team, recording 74 points (22-52-74) in 65 games.
