Yassel Soler Drives in Four Runs in 5-4 Hillsboro Win
May 15, 2026 - Hillsboro, OR - The Hillsboro Hops took their third straight game from the Spokane Indians with a 5-4 win on Friday night. The Indians outhit the Hops eight hits to four, but the Hops pitching staff combined for 12 strikeouts to keep the Indians from capitalizing while in scoring position. Hillsboro third basemen Yassel Soler led the offensive efforts, driving in four runs and going two-for-three at the plate with a double.

May 14, 2026 - PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Timbers2 triumphed 2-1 over Minnesota United FC 2 at Providence Park on Wednesday night. After a scoreless first half, T2 scored two goals in eight minutes starting with a clinical volley from Colin Grifith, finding the back of the net in the 52nd minute. Winterhawks Sign Stevie Grumley to WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement
May 14, 2026 - Portland, Ore. - The Portland Winterhawks Hockey Club today announced the signing of defenseman Stevie Grumley to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Grumley, a 2007-born blueliner, joins Portland after two seasons with the Sherwood Park Crusaders of the BCHL (British Columbia Hockey League). In 88 regular-season games, Grumley tallied 18 goals and 45 assists for 63 points. The Manhattan Beach, California, native has also played in 12 playoff games this season, piling on two goals an...
