June 15, 2026 - EVERETT, Wash. - Everett Silvertips head coach Steve Hamilton has been named the recipient of the Brian Kilrea CHL Coach of the Year Award.
Hamilton, in his second season as bench boss of the Silvertips, broke a franchise record with a 57-8-3 record and 117 points. He led the Tips to their first Ed Chynoweth Cup and a berth in the Memorial Cup Final. Hamilton is the first Everett coach to earn the award.

June 11, 2026 - EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips have signed defenseman Adam Boatter to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Boatter, an '07-born Maple Ridge, B.C. native, spent the 2025-26 season with the Chilliwack Chiefs of the BCHL where he posted five goals and 17 assists in 54 games played. The 5-foot-11, 181-pound righty is committed to play at Colorado College when his time in the WHL is complete.

June 8, 2026 - EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips have acquired the sixth-overall pick in the 2026 CHL Import Draft from the Swift Current Broncos in exchange for defenseman Kayd Ruedig.
Ruedig, an '07-born Humboldt, SK native, posted 16 goals and 20 assists over 66 appearances in 2025-26 spread across the Portland Winterhawks, Kamloops Blazers and Silvertips. He logged six goals and six assists with a +15 defensive rating in 29 games played with Everett, with an additional two goals and four assists in 17 playoff games en route to... Full Story
June 3, 2026 - EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips have signed 13th-overall pick Wyatt Bitz to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Bitz, a 2011-born Saskatoon, SK native, spent the 2025-26 season with the Saskatoon Outlaws 15U AA where he recorded 18 goals and 35 assists for 53 points in 27 games played. He led all SAAHL U15 defensemen in points, and earned a 10-game call-up to the Saskatoon Contacts U18 AAA, where he had three assists.
