Seattle Signs Three to Training Camp Contracts

WNBA Seattle Storm February 23, 2024 - SEATTLE - The Seattle Storm announced today the signing of center Alaina Coates, forward Kaela Davis, and guard Kiana Williams to training camp contracts. Coates and Davis were teammates at the University of South Carolina in 2016-17, helping the Gamecocks win the 2017 NCAA Championship. The two were also top picks in the 2017 WNBA draft with Coates going second overall and Davis selected with the No. 10 pick. WNBA Seattle Storm February 7, 2024 - SEATTLE - The 2024 Olympic Qualifying Tournament takes places in four locales this week with 16 teams battling for one of 12 spots at the 2024 Games in Paris this summer. The Seattle Storm is well represented with four current players, one coach, and one franchise legend participating in the tournaments. WNBA Seattle Storm February 5, 2024 - SEATTLE - The Seattle Storm today announced the signing of eight-time WNBA All-Star, six-time All-WNBA pick and the 2016 WNBA MVP Nneka Ogwumike (NEH-kuhoh-gwoo-MIH-kay). Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
