Reign FC Players Head to Australia for Upcoming W-League Season

October 11, 2018 - SEATTLE - Seattle Reign FC today announced that seven Seattle Reign FC players will join Australian side Melbourne City FC for their 2018-2019 W-League campaign. In addition, midfielder Elizabeth Addo has been loaned to the Western Sydney Wanderers. Four players - defenders Lauren Barnes and Theresa Nielsen, goalkeeper Lydia Williams, and forward Jasmyne Spencer - have all been loaned to Melbourne City FC for the entirety of the upcoming W-League season. October 8, 2018 - SEATTLE - France Football today announced the 15 female nominees for the 2018 Ballon d'Or award. For the first time in the award's history, France Football will recognize female players as well as their male counterparts. October 1, 2018 - SEATTLE - Seattle Reign FC announced today that the team has exercised options on thirteen players, while seven players have been offered new contracts for the 2019 NWSL season. Seattle Reign FC Sign Australian International Midfielder Elise Kellond-Knight

September 24, 2018 - Seattle - Seattle Reign FC has signed midfielder Elise Kellond-Knight. Kellond-Knight, an Australian international, currently plays for Hammarby in Sweden's Damallsvenskan. After the Swedish season wraps up Kellond-Knight will head to Australia for the W-League season, where she will join 3-time W-League champion Melbourne City.
