August 8, 2025 - SAINT JOHN, N.B. - The Saint John Sea Dogs have signed 2025 second-round Import Draft pick Patryk Zubek to a QMJHL scholarship and development agreement, the team announced Friday. Forward Connor MacPherson Joins Moose Roster

August 8, 2025 - Halifax Mooseheads General Manager Cam Russell announced the addition of 20-year-old free agent forward Connor MacPherson from Windsor, Ontario on Friday. The big right winger appeared in five games last season with the University of New Hampshire in NCAA Division 1 following a productive season with the BCHL's Penticton Vees in 2023-24 where he scored 42 points in 54 games. Fargo Force Welcome New Director of Scouting

August 8, 2025 - FARGO, ND - Friday, August 8th the Fargo Force announced that Hampus Sjödahl will be joining the Force as the team's Director of Scouting. Hampus began his coaching career during the 2021-22 season as Assistant Coach with the Austin Bruins of the NAHL. In his second season with the team he helped lead the Briuns to a NAHL Robertson Cup National Championship appearance. Giants to Play Preseason Game in Port Coquitlam on September 10

August 8, 2025 - Port Coquitlam, B.C. - The City of Port Coquitlam is once again hosting Western Hockey League (WHL) preseason action this September, with the Vancouver Giants taking on the Victoria Royals on Wednesday, September 10.
