Broncos Sign 2010-Born Blueliner Linden Andersen

WHL Swift Current Broncos December 15, 2025 - Swift Current, SK - The Swift Current Broncos have signed 2010-born defenceman Linden Andersen to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement. Andersen was the club's second-round pick (37th overall) in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft. From Fort St. John, BC, Andersen played last season with the U15 AA NEBC Trackers of the Alberta Elite Hockey League (AEHL). In just 32 regular season games, Andersen tallied 83 points, including 34 goals and 49 assists, leading the league in assists and tying for first overall in points. This... Full Story

Zach Wooten Named USHL Forward of the Week

USHL Green Bay Gamblers December 15, 2025 - The USHL and the Green Bay Gamblers announced today that forward Zach Wooten has been named the USHL Forward of the Week. A Wisconsin commit, Wooten has recorded 31 points (19G, 12A) in 29 games this season and currently ranks second in the USHL in goals. This past weekend, Wooten tallied six goals, highlighted by his second home hat trick of the season on Saturday night against the Madison Capitols. Mason Vaccari Earns Second OHL Goaltender of the Week Honor

OHL Flint Firebirds December 15, 2025 - FLINT - The Ontario Hockey League announced on Monday that Firebirds goaltender Mason Vaccari has been named the league's Mary Brown's Chicken OHL Goaltender of the Week for December 8-14. Vaccari appeared in two of Flint's three games during the past week, backstopping the Firebirds to a 9-1 win against the Guelph Storm on Wednesday and a 4-1 win over the Kitchener Rangers on Friday.
