The Windsor Spitfires are proud to announce the signing of forward Beksultan Makysh (mac-keesh) (a.k.a Bexultan Makysh) to the Red, White and Navy!
Makysh was selected in the second round, 114th overall by the Spitfires in the 2025 CHL Import Draft. Beksultan hails from Astana, Kazakhstan. He stands at 5'10 and weighs 170lbs.

July 30, 2025 - Kingston, ON - The Kingston Frontenacs announced today changes within the organization's Hockey Operations department.
Head Athletic Therapist Kevin Kozai has accepted a position with the AHL's Calgary Wranglers effective immediately. Kevin joined the Frontenacs prior to the start of last season, with players and staff alike immediately taking to him.

July 29, 2025 - Brantford Bulldogs 1st round selection in 2022 & Chicago Blackhawks 1st round selection in 2024, Marek Vanacker completes a Team Canada hat-trick following up selections to the U17 & U18 levels, having won gold at the 2024 U18, in heading to the World Junior Summer Showcase. Vanacker comes off two extremely productive seasons back to back, having led the Bulldogs in goals & points in the 2023-24 season with 36 goals and 82 total points. July 28, 2025 - Toronto, ON - Since he became the official spokesperson of the Canadian Mental Health Association's (CMHA) Talk Today program for the OHL, Jacob Battaglia has been committed to being to raising awareness and funds for the CMHA. Even though the Frontenacs' season ended a few months ago and training is ramping up for the upcoming season, Battaglia and teammate Adam Kelly both attended The Lab's Jr./Pro Charity Match this past Saturday night.
