Petes Acquire Defenceman Camron Hankai from Bulldogs

September 28, 2026 - (Peterborough, ON) - Peterborough Petes General Manager and Vice President of Operations Michael Oke announced today that the team has acquired 2007-born defenceman Camron Hankai from the Brantford Bulldogs in exchange for a fourth round pick in 2028 and a sixth round pick in 2029. Hankai, a defenceman from Simcoe, ON, was originally selected by the Bulldogs in the fourth round, 82nd overall, of the 2023 OHL Priority Selection. September 26, 2026 - (Peterborough, ON) - On Saturday, September 26, the Peterborough Petes hosted the rival Ottawa 67's at the Peterborough Memorial Centre, completing their third game in three days.
