New Era Begins: Attack Open Regular Season with Home-And-Home against Defending Champion Rangers

September 16, 2026 - OWEN SOUND, ON - The Owen Sound Attack are ready to drop the puck on the 2026-27 Ontario Hockey League regular season, and the opening weekend will feature a matchup against the defending OHL and Memorial Cup Champion Kitchener Rangers. The two teams will open the home-and-home series in Kitchener on Friday night, before returning home to the Bayshore on Saturday night with both games scheduled for 7pm. Attack Battle Hard in High-Scoring Game against Battalion, But Fall Short

September 12, 2026 - NORTH BAY, ON - The Owen Sound Attack headed up to North Bay for a 4pm puckdrop today for their final game of the preseason. For the second game in a row the Attack were missing six players, now seven with the acquisition of goaltender Maksim Corovic, away at NHL Rookie Camps. The Attack saw goals from Innis Robinson, Cole Zurawski, Alexander Lisi, Max Delisle, and Dillon Atkinson. Attack Acquire Goaltender Maksim Corovic from Brantford Bulldogs

September 11, 2026 - OWEN SOUND, Ont. - The Owen Sound Attack have acquired goaltender Maksim Corovic from the Brantford Bulldogs in exchange for three 2028 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection draft picks. As part of the trade, the Attack sent the following picks to Brantford: Sarnia's third-round pick, London's fourth-round pick and Oshawa's fifth-round pick, all in the 2028 OHL Priority Selection. Attack Sign Forward Alex Taylor to Standard Player Education & Development Agreement

September 7, 2026 - OWEN SOUND, ON - The Owen Sound Attack are pleased to announce that forward Alex Taylor has signed a Standard Player Education and Development Agreement with the hockey club. Taylor, the Attack's 208th overall pick from the 2025 OHL Priority Selection, joins the Attack after playing last season for the Frederick Gunn School (USHS-Prep), where he had six goals and 14 assists in 31 games.
