June 8, 2026 - The Owen Sound Attack picked eighth in each round of this year's U18 Priority Draft, bringing home three picks - a goaltender and two right wingers. 2026 U18 Priority Draft Selections: Round 1 Pick 8 - Sheamus Gunn | RW Born in Barrie, Ont., Gunn played 26 games this past season with the North Central Predators U18 AAA where he finished the regular season with 14 goals and a total of 30 points. Attack Players Clean House at the 2026 NHL Combine Fitness Testing

June 8, 2026 - Attack Captain, Pierce Mbuyi, and forwards, Cole Zurawski and Wesley Royston were invited to represent Owen Sound at this year's NHL Combine which features 90 of the best draft eligible players for the upcoming NHL Draft in Buffalo. The Attack players showed impressively at the combine, managing to finish within the top ten on ten different NHL fitness tests, being named a total of twelve times combined across the leaderboards. OHL Under-18 Draft Set for 7pm Tonight

June 8, 2026 - Ontario Hockey League Draft season kicks off tonight with the 2026 OHL Under-18 Priority Selection. The Owen Sound Attack hold the 8th, 28th and 48th (if necessary) selections The draft will take place on line starting at 7pm, tomorrow, Monday June 8th, 2026. Making the first overall selection in the Under-18 draft will be the Oshawa Generals. The NCAA rule changes from a year ago, could make this year's Under-18 Draft more interesting than in the past.
