October 15, 2025 - The Sarnia Sting Hockey Club has announced a pair of roster moves today involving forward Ruslan Karimov and defenceman Jack O'Brien.
The team has confirmed that Ruslan Karimov has been claimed by the Regina Pats of the Western Hockey League (WHL). Karimov, who joined the Sting as an import selection, will report to Regina immediately.

October 2, 2025 - Sarnia Sting General Manager, Dylan Seca, announced this afternoon that the Hockey Club has acquired forward Goaltender Charlie Larocque in exchange for a 6th round pick in the 2029 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection (SAR).
"We wanted to add to our goaltending depth, Charlie is an athletic goalie with good size, and potential," shares Sarnia Sting General Manager, Dylan Seca. "He's been to an NHL camp, and is someone we believe can take the next step in his development."... Full Story
September 25, 2025 - Sarnia Sting General Manager, Dylan Seca, announced this afternoon that the Hockey Club has acquired forward Ben Pickell in exchange for a 10th round pick in the 2029 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection (SAR).
"Ben is an energy player, he loves the rink, truly a player we believe can inject some leadership and speed into our lineup," shares Sarnia Sting General Manager, Dylan Seca. "He came on the radar after a strong playoff run with Kingston last season"

September 18, 2025 - The Sarnia Sting Hockey Club is proud to announce the signing of forward Jordan Bax to an OHL Standard Player Agreement.
Bax, a 19-year-old native of Parkhill, Ontario, joins the Sting as a free agent following an impressive season with the Cowichan Valley Capitals (BCHL), where he tallied 15 goals and 26 assists for 41 points in 54 games. The 6'0", 177-pound right winger has earned a reputation as a hardworking, skilled forward who continues to rise through persistence and determination.
