Sting Sign Defenceman Wyatt Herres to Standard Player Agreement

May 7, 2026 - The Sarnia Sting are pleased to announce the signing of defenceman Wyatt Herres to a Standard Player Agreement. Herres, a 2007-born right-shot defenceman from Neenah, joins the Sting after spending the 2025-26 season with the Chicago Steel of the USHL. In 28 games this season, the 6-foot-2, 181-pound blueliner recorded 3 goals and 11 assists for 14 points. Sting Sign Forward Carter Chadwick to Standard Player Agreement

April 9, 2026 - The Sarnia Sting Hockey Club announced today that the team has signed left-winger Carter Chadwick to a Standard Player Agreement. Chadwick, a 6-foot-1, 200-pound forward from Cobourg, ON, is a free agent currently playing with the Chatham Maroons and has been on the Sting's radar throughout the season. Progressive Auto Sales Arena Name to Remain Through the 2030-31 Season as Sting, City of Sarnia, and Progressive Auto Group Renew Naming Rights Agreement
