January 10, 2025 - Royal Oak, MI - The Northwoods League released its complete schedule for the 2025 season. The summer slate features 24 teams and will begin summer collegiate baseball's most extensive schedule on Monday, May 26. Two Leprechauns Drafted

July 15, 2024 - Royal Oak, MI - Two Royal Oak Leprechauns were taken in the 2024 Major League Baseball Draft today. Jake Jekielek, a member of this year's team who was recently selected as a Northwoods League All Star was drafted by the Texas Rangers as the 315th pick overall in the 10th round. Earlier, former player, Derek Clark - a member of the 2021 team - was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels with the 262nd pick overall in the ninth round. July 12, 2024 - Royal Oak, MI - Three Royal Oak Leprechauns have been selected as 2024 Northwoods League All Stars. The trio of Leprechauns will compete in the NWL All Star Game held on Tuesday, July 23 at 7:05 p.m. (CST) at ISG Field in Mankato, Minnesota. The three Royal Oak Leprechauns, Parker Picot, a freshman outfielder currently in the portal, pitchers Jake Jekielek from Northwood University and Alejandro Espinoza from Central Michigan University.
