Honkers Finalize Coaching Staff

October 22, 2024 - Rochester, MN - The Rochester Honkers have finalized their 2025 Coaching Staff. This will be a two thirds overhaul from 2024. New Field Manager, Aaron Levin will be working with a staff that has a familiar face. Gabe Guerrero, an Assistant and San Joaquin Delta College will return as the Pitching Coach. For Guerrero, this is is second year with the Honkers, and third year overall in the Northwoods League. Growlers Named 2024 NWL Organization of the Year

October 14, 2024 - The Northwoods League named the Kalamazoo Growlers the 2024 Organization of the Year. The team won the NWL Championship for the second time in team history and ended the season with a 42-30 overall record in the regular season including winning 18 of the final 21 games. Field Manager Cody Piechoki solidified himself as one of the top summer collegiate coaches in the country securing his 300th career win as a field manager. Northwoods League Alumni to Participate in the 2024 Arizona Fall League

October 7, 2024 - Rochester, Minn. - Starting this week, thirty-six former Northwoods League players will be competing over the next two months in Arizona against the top players in Minor League Baseball. There are six teams in the Arizona Fall League: the Scottsdale Scorpions, Mesa Solar Sox, Salt River Rafters, Glendale Desert Dogs, Peoria Javelinas and Surprise Saguaros.
