Appalachian League Unveils 2026 Schedule

December 10, 2025 - CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- The Appalachian League announced its schedule for the 2026 season. The league's eight team, 48-game regular season schedule will begin with Opening Day on Thursday, June 4, and end Thursday, July 30. "Over the course of eight weeks college players will get the chance to experience a Minor League-type schedule while playing competitive baseball against the top talent in the country," Appy League executive director Brian Graham said. November 17, 2025 - BASEBALL Appalachian League: The summer-collegiate Appy League, which operates under the Major League Baseball and USA Baseball Prospect Development Pipeline, announced its 2026 season will feature eight teams aligned in four-team East and West divisions with each team playing a 48-game schedule from June 4 through July 30, 2025.
