Doughboys' Offense Delivers a Statement Win on Opening Night

June 4, 2026 - PULASKI, Va. - The Johnson City Doughboys delivered a 12-run, 10-hit performance in a dominant 12-4 win over the Pulaski River Turtles on Opening Night on Thursday. The Doughboys opened up the scoring in the first inning with an RBI double from Eli Thurmond after a Michael Holt base on balls two batters prior. Johnson City Doughboys Announce 2026 Coaching Staff

April 9, 2026 - JOHNSON CITY, TN - The Johnson City Doughboys coaching staff has been announced for the Appalachian League's 2026 season. Along with manager Dave Anderson is returning pitching coach Reid Casey, hitting coach Rob Selna, returning fourth coach Gary Thurman, and athletic trainer Kaitlyn Diddle.
