Second Half of Homestand Begins with Asheville Loss
May 12, 2026 - ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The Asheville Tourists attempted a big ninth inning comeback on Tuesday night against the Hub City Spartanburgers at HomeTrust Park, but ultimately fell 13-11.
Opening the scoring in the second, the Spartanburgers (17-16) scored six off of Luis Rodriguez (L, 1-2), and then five in the third to blow the game open. May 10, 2026 - ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Finalizing a six-game series at HomeTrust Park on Sunday afternoon, the Rome Emperors beat the Asheville Tourists 17-4 to take the series four games to two.
The Emperors (18-15) put up crooked numbers throughout the first five innings to jump ahead 15-3 over the Tourists (8-25).

May 9, 2026 - ASHEVILLE, N.C. - An astounding 30 runs and 30 hits were seen on Saturday night at HomeTrust Park, as the Asheville Tourists fell to the Rome Emperors 17-13.
The Tourists (8-24) trailed 7-0 after the top of the second inning, but then outscored the Emperors (8-24) 12-2 over the two and a half frames.

May 8, 2026 - ASHEVILLE, N.C. - A heap of offense was displayed on Friday night at HomeTrust Park as the Rome Emperors beat the Asheville Tourists 13-8.
The game was blown open early by the Emperors (15-14) after scoring seven runs and sending 11 men to the plate in the second inning, highlighted by a three-run homer from Erik Hartman.
