February 26, 2026 - GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Greensboro Grasshoppers welcome José Mosquera as the team's manager for the 2026 season, the Pittsburgh Pirates revealed this week as part of their player development assignments. Mosquera joins the Grasshoppers with an extensive background in professional baseball as a player, coach, and manager, bringing a wealth of experience to the organization. Spartanburgers to Host Hickory Crawdads for Preseason Scrimmage March 31

February 23, 2026 - SPARTANBURG, S.C. - To kick off the 2026 season, the Hub City Spartanburgers will scrimmage the Hickory Crawdads, the Low-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, on March 31. The exhibition at Fifth Third Park will take place three days prior to High-A Opening Day on April 3, when the Spartanburgers take on the Frederick Keys. Tickets are available here. Cronenworth, Lowe, McClanahan Inducted into Hot Rods Hall of Fame

February 23, 2026 - Bowling Green, Kentucky - The Bowling Green Hot Rods, Class-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays, have announced that Jake Cronenworth, Brandon Lowe, and Shane McClanahan, have been inducted into the Hot Rods Hall of Fame. These players will join Matt Moore, Kevin Kiermaier, and Blake Snell, bringing the Hot Rods Hall of Fame total to six.
