Drive and Suns Suspended on Tuesday

April 23, 2019 - HAGERSTOWN, W.Va. - The Greenville Drive built a 4-3 lead over the Hagerstown Suns on Tuesday night at Municipal Stadium when the rain came, forcing the game to be suspended with two outs in the bottom of the third. The two will resume the game on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. Game three of the series will now be a seven-inning contest and take place 30 minutes after the conclusion of the resumption. Drive Drop Series Opener at Hagerstown on Monday

April 22, 2019 - HAGERSTOWN, W.Va. - The Greenville Drive (7-10) dropped its series opener to the Hagerstown Suns (9-9), 6-2, on Monday night at Municipal Stadium. Hagerstown got a trio of runs in the opening frame, all with two outs, for an early lead. An RBI single to left by Jacob Rhinesmith brought home the first and KJ Harrison followed two batters with a two-RBI double to center to give the home team a 3-0 lead. April 20, 2019 - GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Greenville Drive (7-9) carried a 4-2 lead in to the eighth inning but a three-run home run by Darling Florentino lifted the Rome Braves (6-10) to a 5-4 victory to avoid the sweep on Saturday night at Fluor Field. Drive Shutout Rome for Second Straight Night, Take Series

April 19, 2019 - GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Greenville Drive (7-8) kept the Rome Braves (5-10) off the scoreboard for the second straight night, taking the series with a 2-0 victory on Friday night at Fluor Field. The series win is the first for the Drive this season. Pitching ruled the first five innings of the game.
