Drive Alums Franklin Arias and Anthony Eyanson Selected to MLB All-Star Futures Game
July 1, 2026 - Two of the Boston Red Sox organization's brightest young stars with Greenville Drive ties are headed to one of baseball's biggest prospect showcases.
Infielder Franklin Arias (2025) and pitcher Anthony Eyanson (2026), both current members of the Double-A Portland Sea Dogs, have been selected to participate in the 2026 MLB All-Star Futures Game, which will be played on Sunday, July 12, at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia as part of Major League Baseball's All-Star Weekend.

June 29, 2026 - The Greenville Drive swept the South Atlantic League's weekly awards for June 22-28, as infielder Antonio Anderson was named South Atlantic League Player of the Week and right-handed pitcher Dylan Brown earned South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Week.
The pair turned in dominant performances during Greenville's six-game series against the Asheville Tourists, helping power the Drive to an outstanding week on both sides of the ball.

Drive Stunned in 9th Inning Collapse, Lose, 7-4, to Tourists
June 26, 2026 - The Greenville Drive dropped the lead in the ninth, ending up on the losing side of a 7-4 comeback win for the Asheville Tourists. The Tourists improves to 20-52, while the Drive drops to 30-40.
Antonio Anderson broke through in the fourth with an RBI single, scoring the first run of the game. A sacrifice fly by Hudson White quickly grew the lead to two.

Drive Come Up Short in 7-6 Loss to Tourists
June 25, 2026 - The Greenville Drive dropped its first game in a 7-6 loss in game three to the Asheville Tourists. The Tourists improves to 19-52, while the Drive drops to 30-39.
Jojo Ingrassia got the start for the Drive, allowing the Tourists' first run of the series in the first inning. The one-run lead was short-lived, thanks to a leadoff home run from Justin Gonzales on the first pitch he saw from Asheville starter Kellan Oakes.
