June 18, 2026 - ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The rain had been lurking all night. By the time it finally came, it had taken a competitive game and a first-half finale along with it. Bowling Green edged Asheville 3-2 in a rain-shortened five-inning game Thursday night at HomeTrust Park, ending the first half of the season on a tough note for the Tourists. Early Hot Rods Explosion Too Much to Overcome in 13-8 Tourists Loss

June 17, 2026 - ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Bowling Green came out swinging Wednesday night and never stopped. A nine-run explosion across the first two innings put the Tourists in a hole they couldn't climb out of, and the Hot Rods cruised to a 13-8 win at HomeTrust Park. Yeriel Santos lasted just 1.2 innings, walking five batters and allowing nine earned runs before being pulled. The damage came fast and in bunches. June 16, 2026 - ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Bowling Green closer Junior William had not allowed a run in June. Every fastball he threw Tuesday night was at or near triple digits.
