Four Spartanburgers Named South Atlantic League All-Stars

September 17, 2025 - SPARTANBURG, S.C. - After the conclusion of the South Atlantic League season, in which Hub City finished as runners-up to the Brooklyn Cyclones, Major League Baseball has named four Spartanburgers to the SAL All-Star Team. Four former Hub City players were honored: pitchers David Davalillo, Josh Trentadue and Eric Loomis, and outfielder Keith Jones II. Spartanburgers Finish as Runners-Up in Inaugural Season

September 17, 2025 - SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Spartanburgers inaugural season finished on Tuesday with a 2-1 loss to the Brooklyn Cyclones. The Cyclones claimed their first South Atlantic League title with the win. Hub City finished its season the same way it started, in front of a raucous crowd at Fifth Third Park. September 14, 2025 - BROOKLYN, N.Y. - The Spartanburgers stayed on the road for game one of the South Atlantic League Championship against North Division champion Brooklyn. After Hub City struck in the first inning, the Brooklyn Cyclones rattled off 13 unanswered runs to claim game one of the championship series 13-1.
