November 17, 2020 - Settling into his seat at the Rogers building in Downtown Toronto, Mike Zigomanis gets ready for the morning drive show on Sportsnet 590 The Fan. On the air at the break of dawn, he is well removed from lighting up the Ontario Hockey League in Kingston. Zigomanis spent four seasons with the Frontenacs, scoring 349 points and captaining the team from 1999-2001. Frontenacs' Chromiak Invited to Slovakia's World Junior Selection Camp

November 16, 2020 - The Slovakian Hockey Federation announced its 45-man National Junior Team Selection Camp roster today, with Kingston Frontenacs forward Martin Chromiak included on the list. The camp, taking place in an isolated bubble in Zvolen, begins on November 30th. Chromiak, who arrived in Kingston following for the second half of the 2019-20 season, posted 11 goals, 22 assists and 33 points over 28 games before being selected in the fifth round by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2020 NHL Draft. November 2, 2020 - When October's crisp fall air blows down Tragically Hip Way on a Friday night, Jim Gilchrist knows he is supposed to be in the Leon's Centre broadcast booth. This fall, however, the brisk air still blows, but his Friday night schedule is empty. October 22, 2020 - In the 101st minute of the OUA Queen's Cup Final, the University of Guelph's Ted Nichol burst over the blueline, got a puck from his teammate and fired it into the goal. From the broadcast booth, the words "Teddy Nichol rips it home! Go crazy Guelph, your Gryphons are seven-time OUA champions," could nearly be heard through the already raucous crowd.
