Enforcers Take Lead in Semi-Final Series with Wolves

April 12, 2019 - The Elmira Enforcers came out on top in a back-and-forth match with the Watertown Wolves at the Watertown Municipal Arena Friday night. The match was the first in a best-of-three series for the opportunity to go to the finals for Federal Hockey League's Commissioner's Cup. Watertown scored first four minutes in the first period. April 5, 2019 - It was a preview of the playoffs at the Watertown Municipal Arena Friday night when the Watertown Wolves hosted the Elmira Enforcers. The Wolves were the first to light up the lamps when Anton Kalinin tipped in a shot from Aleh Shypitsyn on a pass from Lane King. Yianni Liarakos's holding penalty provided the Enforcers the chance they needed to tie the game when Mitch Atkins was able to slide one under David Otter's glove to tie the game. March 24, 2019 - The Wolves wore-down the Danville Dashers over the course of their three-game series at the Watertown Municipal Arena. After taking the win in a shootout Friday, and a 1-goal win on Saturday, Sunday's win was a decisive 8-5 victory for the defending Federal Hockey League champions.
