Spirit set for 2022 CHL Import Draft

June 30, 2022 - Saginaw, MI. - The Saginaw Spirit are slated to pick second overall and have the option to make the 62nd selection in the 2022 CHL Import Draft to take place on Friday, July 1 at 11:00 am ET on the Canadian Hockey League's website, CHL.ca. Saginaw selected Pavel Mintyukov in the first round, 52nd overall, back in the 2020 CHL Import Draft. Spirit Host Guelph Storm on October 1 to Open 2022-23 Regular Season

June 14, 2022 - Saginaw, MI. - The Saginaw Spirit announced Tuesday their home opening game of the 2022-23 season will take place Saturday, October 1, 2022 with the Spirit hosting the Midwest Division's Guelph Storm at The Dow Event Center at 7:05 p.m. ET. Misa, Parekh, Stewart Invited to Canada's National Under-17 Development Camp

June 9, 2022 - Toronto, Ont. - The Ontario Hockey League is proud to announce that 40 OHL prospects, including Saginaw Spirit players Michael Misa, Zayne Parekh, and Bode Stewart, have been invited to Hockey Canada's National Under-17 Development Camp, set to take place July 10-16 at the Markin McPhail Centre at WinSport's Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, Alta.
