March 5, 2026 - FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Major League Baseball and the San Diego Padres announced the organization's roster for their 2026 Spring Breakout game, set for Saturday, March 21 at 6:05 p.m. PST/9:05 p.m. EST against the Chicago Cubs. Dayton Dragons 2026 Team Preview, Part 1: Catchers

March 3, 2026 - The 26th season of Dayton Dragons baseball is on the way! The Dragons annual home "Opening Night" game is set for Tuesday, April 7 against their Ohio rivals, the Lake County Captains (Cleveland Guardians affiliate) at 7:05 pm at Day Air Ballpark. The Dragons will officially open their season on the road a few days prior to the home opener when they begin the season on Thursday, April 2 at Lansing against the Lugnuts. February 27, 2026 - FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Parkview Field, the home of the Fort Wayne TinCaps, will once again host 12 high school and college baseball games, featuring 24 local teams, this April and May as a part of the annual Parkview Sports Medicine Baseball Classic.
