Captains Unveil "Lake County Fish Fry's" Identity, Celebrating Northeast Ohio's Most Beloved Tradition

February 23, 2026 - EASTLAKE, Ohio - The Lake County Captains today announced their alternate identity for the 2026 season. The Lake County Fish Fry's identity pays tribute to Lake County's popular tradition of Lenten Friday fish fry dinners, which are served throughout Northeast Ohio during the season of Lent. Lake County Captains Announce 2026 Coaching Staff

February 4, 2026 - EASTLAKE, Ohio - In conjunction with the Cleveland Guardians, the Lake County Captains today announced their coaching staff for the 2026 season. For the fourth consecutive season, Lake County's staff will be led by Manager Omir Santos. Two fellow 2025 staff members will return to the Captains for the 2026 campaign as well. Lake County Captains Announce Mokoro's Birthday Bash

October 14, 2025 - EASTLAKE, Ohio - The Lake County Captains today announced that they will be hosting Mokoro 's Birthday Bash on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Classic Auto Group Park in Eastlake. Mokoro the Bat Dog's 2 nd birthday celebration will feature treats and games for families to enjoy, as well as photo opportunities with Mokoro, the Goodest Girl in Minor League Baseball.
