West Virginia Wins Fourth Straight Game, 2-1, Over State College

June 14, 2025 - GRANVILLE, W.Va. - The West Virginia Black Bears earned their fourth consecutive win after beating the State College Spikes on Saturday evening. Strong performances from both teams' pitchers kept the game close, but the Bears prevailed in the 2-1 victory, keeping a clean 4-0 record at Kendrick Family Ballpark. June 14, 2025 - Amman Dewberry ripped the go-ahead, two-run, triple inside the first base bag, completing the Cutters comeback, as Williamsport took the second game of the series. Dewberry finished the night 2-for-5 with the triple, two RBI and a run scored. Dewberry entered batting .158 and without a RBI. Hayden Jatczak collected a multi-hit night, finishing 2-for-5 with a double in the 7th inning, helping set up the go-ahead triple from Dewberry. Boston Goes Yard, Helps Propel Cutters in Debut

June 13, 2025 - Catcher Boston Smith made an impact in his first game with Williamsport, belting a home run in his second at bat. Williamsport rode that momentum to a 14-2 win in the series opener against Trenton. Smith finished the game 1-for-4 with his three-run home run that was a part of Williamsport's 9-run 2nd inning.
