Kenny Thomas to Return as Cutters Manager in 2026

February 24, 2026 - The Williamsport Crosscutters and the MLB Draft League have announced that Kenny Thomas will return to manage the club in 2026. Thomas guided the Cutters to a 31-43 record in 2025 after serving as the club's bench coach and hitting coach in 2024. "Words cannot explain how excited and thankful I am to be coming back to Williamsport," Thomas stated. "In my opinion, Crosscutters fans are the most loyal and baseball savvy in the league." Cutters Looking for Host Families

February 16, 2026 - The Williamsport Crosscutters Host Family Program is currently accepting applications for potential host families for the upcoming 2026 season. While many host families return year after year, the club is always looking to add to their list of availabilities for the players. Eight Former Cutters Selected to World Baseball Classic Rosters

February 10, 2026 - Major League Baseball has announced the final rosters for the twenty nations competing in the 2026 World Baseball Classic with eight former Williamsport Crosscutters being selected to participate. Hot Stove Banquet Raises over $10,000 for United Way

January 23, 2026 - The Williamsport Crosscutters 18th Hot Stove Banquet was held January 22 at the Genetti Hotel in downtown Williamsport. The event featured Hall of Fame ESPN Baseball Analyst Tim Kurkjian along with former Philadelphia Phillies all-stars Ricky Bottalico and Domonic Brown. The night also included the induction of the late Joseph H. Mosser, into the Bowman Field Hall of Fame.
