Three Comeback Wins Lift IronBirds to Series Victory over First-Half Champion Cyclones

September 8, 2025 - The Aberdeen IronBirds wrapped up their 12-game homestand with a series split against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws this past week at Ripken Stadium. The IronBirds won the first two games, the Blue Claws bounced back to win the next two, then the two teams split the final two of the series. Over their three home series in August, the IronBirds earned two series wins and one split, and they ended August with a 15-12 record. August 25, 2025 - The Aberdeen IronBirds won their second straight home series after they won four out of six games against the Brooklyn Cyclones this past week at Ripken Stadium. All six games were decided by three runs or less and the IronBirds rallied for three comeback wins. The Cyclones got out to a hot start in Game 1 when they jumped out to a 5-0 lead after the top of the third.
