Roses Frustration Continues

April 30, 2025 - The Lancaster Stormers cannot seem to buy a win at WellSpan Park over the last two years. Wednesday evening, Lancaster cruised to a 6-1 lead on a slew of extra base hits, but the York Revolution capped off a rally with a walkoff homer by Justin Connell, beating the Stormers, 8-7, in the middle game of a three-game series. Otosaka Leads York To Win

April 29, 2025 - Tomo Otosaka had himself a night. The veteran Japanese Major League went 4-for-4 with three runs, three stolen bases and two RBI to pace the York Revolution to a 9-4 victory in front of 6,602 for the defending champions home opener. After Lancaster failed to produce off a bases loaded chance in the top of the first inning, Otosaka battled back against Keylan Killgore (0-1), hitting a slow grounder to short and reaching on Nick Lucky's rushed, high throw. April 27, 2025 - Nick Lucky keyed a two-run fourth inning with a triple into the right field corner and later drove home the decisive run with a single to left as the Lancaster Stormers took the rubber game of the season opening series, 3-2, at Fairfield Properties Ballpark on Long Island. It marked the first time since 2021 that the Stormers won their first series of the season. April 26, 2025 - The Long Island Ducks had a first inning party against Lancaster ace Matt Swarmer, reaching the right-hander for six runs in a 13-5 victory over the Stormers Saturday evening at Fairfield Properties Ballpark. Long Island's win evened the season-opening series at one game apiece.
