Stan Cliburn Steps Down as Blue Crabs Manager
December 9, 2025 - The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs and Stan Cliburn announced today that Cliburn has stepped down as manager of the team after seven seasons at the helm. Cliburn had guided the Crabs to three playoff appearances in seven years, while also securing win number 2,000 as a minor league manager while in a Blue Crabs uniform.

December 9, 2025 - SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The Sioux City Explorers have announced that the team has signed veteran outfielder Yeison Asencio and infielder Elliot Good to contracts for the 2026 season. The pair are the ninth and 10th roster additions of the offseason for the Explorers and Manager Steve Montgomery.

Canadian Taylor Wright Re-Signs for 2026 Season
December 9, 2025 - Ottawa, ON - The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club announced today that they have agreed to terms on a contract extension with Canadian utility player Taylor Wright for the upcoming 2026 Frontier League season.
Wright, 28, returns to the club for his fifth professional campaign in 2026. Last summer, Wright hit .254 with 15 doubles, three home runs, and registered 24 RBI in 62 games.
