Oakland Ballers Rally City for Championship Parade

PL October 10, 2025 - OAKLAND, Calif. (PBL) - On Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025, the city of Oakland celebrated the Oakland Ballers franchise and their first PBL Championship. The parade and rally brought together the community, leaders, players and longtime baseball fans to mark Oakland's first baseball title since the Athletics won the World Series in 1989. Skirrow Named Pitcher of the Year

AtL Lancaster Stormers October 10, 2025 - Right-hander Noah Skirrow has been selected by Atlantic League clubs as the Pitcher of the Year for 2025. The member of Team Canada becomes the first Stormer to win the honor since left- hander Nate Reed in 2018. AtL Charleston Dirty Birds October 10, 2025 - Charleston, WV - Dirty Birds' slugger James Nelson was named the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball Player of the Year. This marks the second consecutive year a Dirty Birds player has received this honor in the Atlantic League.
