Goldeyes Re-Sign Right-Hander Kowalski

December 22, 2025 - WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Goldeyes announced the re-signing Monday of right-handed starting pitcher Ben Kowalski. Kowalski originally signed with the Goldeyes May 13 and made his professional debut May 20 in a win over the Milwaukee Milkmen. His contract was then transferred to the Dorados de Chihuahua of the Mexican League May 25. He returned to Winnipeg late in the season, signing August 15. Lefty Lombard Returns to Goldeyes' Bullpen

December 19, 2025 - WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Goldeyes announced the re-signing Friday of left-handed relief pitcher Weston Lombard. After originally signing with the Goldeyes July 12, Lombard went on to make six appearances, posting a 1-0 record and a 1.80 earned run average. He struck out seven batters over 10.0 innings pitched before suffering a season-ending injury. Murphy to Return for Sixth Season with Goldeyes

December 17, 2025 - WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Goldeyes announced the re-signing Wednesday of outfielder Max Murphy. The 33-year-old returns to the Goldeyes for a sixth season. In 2025, he hit .277 with 15 home runs and 62 runs batted in, leading the club in the latter two categories. December 15, 2025 - WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Goldeyes announced Monday the re-signing of right-handed relief pitcher Derrick Cherry. Cherry was one of the most reliable arms out of the Goldeyes bullpen in 2025, appearing in 40 games while posting a 3-1 record with a 4.09 earned run average. He also recorded career highs in strikeouts (62) and innings pitched (66.0).
