December 31, 2025 - The Manitoba Moose (15-12-2-0) stumbled in their first game back from the holiday break, falling 5-2 to the Abbotsford Canucks (9-16-3-3) at Canada Life Centre on Wednesday night. Manitoba jumped out to a quick 1-0 lead 6:21 into the contest. Jaret Anderson-Dolan hit Zhilkin with a stretch pass, and the Moscow, Russia native turned on the jets to beat an Abbotsford defenceman. Mason Shaw Joins Team Canada for Spengler Cup

December 23, 2025 - WINNIPEG - The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club announced today the team reassigned forward Mason Shaw from the Manitoba Moose to Team Canada for the 2025 Spengler Cup. Shaw, 27, is tied for second on the Moose with 18 points (6G, 12A) in 28 games this season. The Wainwright, Alta. product has 55 points (23G, 32A) in 100 games as a member of the Moose and 176 points (66G, 110A) in 297 career AHL contests split between the Moose and Iowa Wild. December 21, 2025 - The Manitoba Moose (15-11-2-0) picked up a win in their final game before the holiday break on Sunday afternoon, downing the Rockford IceHogs (12-14-2-1) 4-1 at Canada Life Centre. The Moose were coming off a 7-3 loss to Rockford on Saturday afternoon. Rockford needed only 23 seconds to find the game's opening salvo on Sunday. Moose Recall Dawson Barteaux

December 21, 2025 - WINNIPEG - The Manitoba Moose Hockey Club announced today the team recalled defenceman Dawson Barteaux from the organization's ECHL affiliate, the Norfolk Admirals. Barteaux, 25, posted nine points (4G, 5A) in 20 games during his stint with Norfolk. The Foxwarren, Man. product has appeared in one game with the Moose this season.
