March 30, 2026 - SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The Sioux City Explorers announced today that Lewis and Clark Park is going cashless for the 2026 season for purchases during Explorers games. Beginning opening night, X's fans attending games in person can now pay quickly and safely using debit or credit cards to make concessions, merchandise and ticket purchases. Knowles Returns to Explorers

March 17, 2026 - SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The Sioux City Explorers have announced that the team has signed D'Shawn Knowles to a contract for the 2026 season. The move marks the third time the dynamic outfielder has taken the field for Sioux City. Explorers Name Lee Vice President and General Manager

March 11, 2026 - SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The Sioux City Explorers announced today that the organization has named Siouxland native Travis Lee as the club's new Vice-President and General Manager. Lee replaces Tom Backemeyer who has left the organization for another opportunity within professional baseball. Sioux City Signs Donahue and Hughes

March 10, 2026 - SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The Sioux City Explorers have announced that the team has signed true-rookie infielder Jordan Donahue and right-handed pitcher Rob Hughes to contracts for the 2026 season. The two additions bring the total number of players under contract for the Explorers and Manager Steve Montgomery to 20 for 2026.
