May 31, 2025 - After bowing out of the East Division semi-finals for the 2024-2025 season, the Black Bears team begins to look forward to next fall, starting a new chapter at Piney Orchard or elsewhere. While many players will return to the team next season, many players will be aging out of the NAHL and will prepare for the next step of their hockey careers. April 27, 2025 - LEWISTON, ME- With their season on the line, the Maryland Black Bears looked to Game 4 to try and even the series and for a Game 5. However, after a first period to forget, the Black Bears were unable to get back into the game and had their season ended in the divisional semi final for the first time in team history.

April 19, 2025 - The Maryland Black Bears looked to bounce back Saturday night after dropping game one of their East Division Semi-Final series against the Maine Nordiques after Maine scored four goals in the third period to win 4-3. And in another hard-hitting affair, the Black Bears were able to use two late second period goals and numerous saves from Maryland goaltender Marko Bilic to even the series at 1-1 with a 2-0 game two win.

April 18, 2025 - The Maryland Black Bears and the Maine Nordiques took the ice for game one of the East Division Semi-Final series, marking the fourth time in five years the two teams have faced off in the Robertson Cup playoffs. Maine won the first series back in 2021 before Maryland won in 2023 and 2024, all of these matchups coming in the East Division Final. Despite a strong first forty minutes for the Black Bears, the Nordiques scored four goals in the third period to win game one over Maryland 4-3.
