Spirit Midfielder/Defender Morgan Goff Announces Retirement

NWSL Washington Spirit June 23, 2022 - Washington, D.C. - Second-year Washington Spirit player Morgan Goff is retiring, the midfielder/defender announced today. After joining the club last July as a national team replacement player, Goff was with the Spirit for the 2021 championship run and appeared in 11 matches in 2022. NWSL Washington Spirit June 17, 2022 - Washington, D.C. - The Washington Spirit has signed six players to the active roster as national team replacements (NTRs), the club announced today. The players will fill out the roster in the absence of the Spirit's seven USWNT players and one Mexican women's national team player.
