PLL, WLL 2026 Championship Series Returns to D.C. February 27 - March 8, 2026

November 13, 2025 - WASHINGTON - The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) powered by Ticketmaster and Maybelline Women's Lacrosse League (WLL) today announced the 2026 Championship Series will return to The St. James outside Washington, D.C. with two weekends of game action February 27 through March 8. Maybelline Women's Lacrosse League Announces Championship Series Player Movement Schedule

November 11, 2025 - NEW YORK - The Maybelline Women's Lacrosse League today announced player movement timelines ahead of the 2026 Championship Series. The league will hold a waiver period where coaches will finalize their Championship Series rosters later this year. Coaches will have the option to protect all 12 of their currently rostered players, or release up to four players and make selections from the player pool via waiver order. September 15, 2025 - BASEBALL Pioneer League: The independent Pioneer League announced the Grand Junction (CO) Jackalopes will be relocating to a yet-to-be-named market for the 2026 season due to poor attendance and ballpark lease issues. Maybelline Women's Lacrosse League Expands to Full Season Beginning Summer 2026

September 10, 2025 - NEW YORK - The Maybelline Women's Lacrosse League today announced it will expand its competition calendar to a full season and playoffs starting in 2026. The WLL 2026 season will feature the league's original four teams competing in the 10 versus 10 game format successfully debuted at its 2025 WLL All-Star Game.
