December 17, 2025 - NEW YORK - New York City FC announced today that Robin Nicholls has been named Academy Director. Nicholls joins New York City FC from Sunderland AFC, having been a part of the Club's Academy structure since 2022, serving as an Academy Manager. New York City FC to Participate in Leagues Cup 2026

December 16, 2025 - Leagues Cup 2026 will be held after the 2026 FIFA World Cup, reigniting the regional rivalry between Major League Soccer and LIGA MX. The official Concacaf-sanctioned tournament begins with Phase One play on Aug. 4 and concludes with the Leagues Cup Final on Sept. 6. Leagues Cup will feature 36 total clubs - all 18 LIGA MX teams and 18 qualifying MLS clubs - competing in an inter-league format. Brooklyn FC Announces Inaugural USL Championship Season Schedule

December 16, 2025 - Brooklyn, N.Y. - Brooklyn Football Club (Brooklyn FC) men's today announced the full 2026 season schedule for its inaugural campaign in the USL Championship as part of the Eastern Conference.
