January 9, 2026 - LAVAL, QC - The Long Island Nets (4-4), the NBA G League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, capped off a two-game set at Place Bell in Laval, Quebec, with a 121-112 victory over the Wisconsin Herd (3-5) on Friday night in front of a sellout crowd of 6,201 fans. January 8, 2026 - LAVAL, QC - The Long Island Nets (3-4), the NBA G League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, fell to the Wisconsin Herd (3-4), 108-101, on Thursday night at Place Bell in Laval, Quebec. Long Island forward Nate Williams led the Nets with 23 points on 52.9 percent (9-for-17) shooting from the field while grabbing six rebounds and a block in 40 minutes. January 7, 2026 - LONG ISLAND - The Long Island Nets, the NBA G League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, have acquired guard Jamal Mashburn Jr. from the available player pool. Mashburn Jr. (6'2", 195) appeared in six NBA G League Tip-Off Tournament games for the Westchester Knicks this season, recording averages of 9.7 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 20.9 minutes per game and scoring in double figures four times.
