November 7, 2025 - LONG ISLAND - The Long Island Nets (1-0), the NBA G League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, defeated the Capital City Go-Go (0-1), 109-102, in the team's home opener on Friday evening at Nassau Coliseum. Long Island Nets Finalize Broadcast Talent Team for 2025-26 Season

November 7, 2025 - LONG ISLAND - The Long Island Nets, the NBA G League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, have finalized the team's broadcast roster for home games ahead of the 2025-26 season. Kevin Dexter is entering his 10th season as the Long Island Nets' play-by-play announcer. A veteran of Long Island and New York City sports media, Dexter has made stops as a sports anchor at WFAN, 1010 WINS and WCBS 880 radio, News 12 Long Island and Westchester TV. November 6, 2025 - LONG ISLAND - The Long Island Nets, the NBA G League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, have finalized their roster for the start of the 2025-26 season by requesting waivers on guards James Bishop IV, Chaunce Jenkins and Kyle Rose, along with forwards James Montgomery and Abdou Tsimbila.
