February 5, 2026 - Bridgewater, New Jersey - The New York Yankees have announced the 2026 coaching staff for the Double-A Somerset Patriots, led by manager James Cooper. Cooper enters his first season as manager in Somerset and fifth overall year in the Yankees minor league system. He managed the High-A Hudson Valley Renegades in 2025 and finished with a franchise-record 79 wins (79-50), being eliminated from playoff contention on the final day of the regular season. Somerset Patriots to Host Holiday Toy Drive on Saturday, December 6

November 20, 2025 - Bridgewater, New Jersey - The Somerset Patriots, the New York Yankees Double-A affiliate, will host their annual Holiday Toy Drive at TD Bank Ballpark on Saturday, December 6. The event will take place at the Team Store located near the main gate of the ballpark from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Fans are asked to bring new, unwrapped toys to the ballpark to be donated to the Central New Jersey Toys for Tots campaign to help bring holiday cheer to children in need this holiday season. Somerset Patriots to Play as Somerset Semiquincentennials to Commemorate America's 250th Celebration

November 18, 2025 - Bridgewater, New Jersey - The Somerset Patriots, the New York Yankees Double-A affiliate, will play as the Somerset Semiquincentennials for four games during the 2026 season to commemorate America's 250 th Celebration. The Patriots will rebrand as the Somerset Semiquincentennials, meaning 250 th anniversary, for Independence Day Weekend on Friday, July 3, Saturday, July 4 and Sunday, July 5, as well as Saturday, August 15 for the team's annual Revolutionary Revelry Night. Somerset Patriots Help Those Fighting Food Insecurity in Somerset County

November 17, 2025 - Bridgewater, New Jersey - The Somerset Patriots, the New York Yankees Double-A affiliate, partnered with Somerset County to help fight food insecurity in the community. The team and Co-Chairmen Jonathan and Josh Kalafer, along with Clinton Honda and Land Rover Princeton, have donated $25,000 to local Somerset County food banks to help those in need.
