Left-handed pitcher Alex Barker comes to Rockland County after spending parts of the last two seasons with the division rival New Jersey Jackals, making 24 appearances (all starts) at an average of 5 2/3 innings per outing.

Infielder Kyle Hess is set to return for his first full season in Rockland County after finishing 2025 as the Boulders' leader in batting average (.356), on-base percentage (.517), slugging percentage (.530), and a 1.047 OPS (on-base plus slugging percentage). Outfielder Dan Tauken is set to embark on his rookie season as a professional. Catcher Jason Agresti is coming off a career year in 2025, earning All-Frontier League honors as he batted .319 with 11 HR and 78 RBI. He also compiled a franchise record 27-game hitting streak (May 24-July 9) and was named MVP of the annual Frontier League All-Star Game.
