August 11, 2025 - SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - The Schaumburg Boomers have made several moves ahead of the Frontier League transaction deadline on Monday, including two separate trades to bolster the roster for the playoff run over the final three weeks of the season.
RHP Buddie Pindel was obtained in a trade with the Windy City ThunderBolts to complete a previous trade. August 11, 2025 - SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - It is with great pleasure that the Schaumburg Boomers announce that the contract of outfielder Andrew Sojka has been purchased by the St. Louis Cardinals.
Sojka, in his second season with the Boomers, earned a midseason All-Star selection this year and appeared in the game at third base. The California native was having an outstanding season before his contract was selected. Sojka was batting .312 with 17 homers and 65 RBIs over 70 games. August 11, 2025 - TROY, NY - The Tri-City ValleyCats are proud to announce that C Oscar Campos has earned Frontier League Player of the Week honors during the week of August 5-10. He previously won the award from the week of June 3-9, 2024 after homering in four consecutive games.

August 10, 2025 - TROY, NY - The Tri-City ValleyCats (46-29) defeated the Trois-Rivières (32-45) 9-8 in 10 innings on Sunday at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium. NFL Night presented by UDig and National Grid featured a sold-out crowd of 4,647 fans.
Trois-Rivières opened the scoring for the third consecutive day. LP Pelletier singled off Mikell Manzano. Brandon Hylton drove in Pelletier with a double to give the Aigles a 1-0 lead.
