LHP Tommy Shirley Extended Through 2021 by Washington

November 24, 2020 - WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Wild Things have made another addition to the 2021 roster by signing left-handed pitcher Tommy Shirley to a contract extension. Shirley is a Pittsburgh native and graduate of Norwin High School and appeared in four games for the Steel City Slammin' Sammies in pod play at Wild Things Park this past summer. Rich Sauget, Sr. Retires as Frontier League President

November 19, 2020 - After 17 years as President of the Board of Directors of the Frontier League of Professional Baseball, Rich Sauget Sr. has announced his retirement from that position.
