October 7, 2024 - FLORENCE, KY - The Florence Y'alls, presented by Towne Properties, are excited to announce the purchase of the Windy City ThunderBolts franchise after a deal was finalized Friday afternoon. David DelBello and the ownership in Florence are thrilled to reach an agreement with Windy City's Brian Kahn and place the ThunderBolts underneath their baseball umbrella. Positional Musical Chairs End in Defeat

September 1, 2024 - FLORENCE, KY - The Florence Y'alls (44-51), presented by Towne Properties, dropped the final game of the season to Gateway (59-36) by a final score of 16-8. The Y'alls attempted to play "Positional Musical Chairs" where all eight position players play in every position around the field. Unfortunately, they lost so they did not have to play defense on the road in the bottom of the ninth inning. Ty Good made a start for Florence but didn't have his best showing to end 2024. August 31, 2024 - FLORENCE, KY - The Florence Y'alls (44-50), presented by Towne Properties, dropped Game Two of the series to the Gateway Grizzlies (58-36) 11-10 on a walkoff in the ninth. This game was a rollercoaster of emotion across all three hours plus of play. Florence was up 10-1 after the fourth and allowed Gateway to score 10 unanswered to win the game.
